How many times have people used a pen or paintbrush because they couldn’t pull the trigger?

Virginia Woolf, from Selected Essays (via survivalistinstinct)

This quote comes from a brilliant british writer. She really inspired me after reading her novel Mrs. Dalloway.

Our class looked up a bit of her history and she had a lot of mental health issues and ended up committing suicide.. Very sad ending. But wonderful mind.
